**Requisitos**:- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3+ years of practical experience in manufacturing operations.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
- Proven track record in tool design and development.
- Experience in programming and operating automated equipment.
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
