**You'll be working for one of **ONSITE**campaigns, in one of our account that operates a grocery delivery and pick-up service.Provide personalized and high-quality customer service.Actively listen and resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism.Ensure customer satisfaction from the first contact.Manage multiple tasks while delivering exceptional service.
**What are we looking for?
**Advanced English (B2+ - C1)Experience in BPO or customer service (1-2 years).




Ability to type 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy.Knowledge of MS Office and the Internet.Availability to work rotating shifts.
**Completed high school diploma.
**18 years or older with complete documentation (CURP, NSS, Tax Certificate, etc.).
Positive attitude, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
