Join a growing international fertility clinic and make a real impact in patients' lives.We're looking for a **bilingual Customer Care Representative** to manage patient communication, follow up on leads, and help convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.You will be the **first point of contact**, ensuring a smooth, empathetic, and professional experience for every patient.
**Key Responsibilities**- Handle inbound and outbound calls (English/Spanish)- Follow up with new leads, active patients, and social media inquiries- Convert inquiries into booked appointments- Re-engage and reschedule missed appointments (no-shows)- Provide clear information about fertility services and processes- Document interactions in CRM/EMR systems- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams**Requirements**:- Fully bilingual: English & Spanish- Experience in **customer service, call center,
