**Objective of job.
**
Assure the receiving, processing, production and delivery of customer orders through AVAS system, control reports and process monitoring, as well as manage structural groups and modules in AVAS MasterData.
**Principle activities**
- Receive, process, modify and transmit JIS and special orders and related information.
- Management of AVAS system processes.




- Monitoring JIS production processes, shipments and delivery of orders.
- Manage parts changes and structural groups in AVAS MasterData.
- Coordinate production of orders with the areas involved.
- Maintain and provide accurate, complete and timely information to other areas according to their competence and requirements.
- Act as information interface and technical support between JIS Control and Areas / Departments.
- Agree on delivery dates to customer (service parts, preseries, test orders, etc.).
- Cooperate/coordinate to assure the delivery on date to the customer.
- Coordinate actions to avoid bottlenecks/delays.
- Cooperate in Logistics/SCM projects.
