**A integral job position with an impact**:
- We are growing and expanding our Manufacturing Site in Mexico!
In the job as Planner Supply Chain, The Planner, Supply Chain develops and runs reports to support
- manufacturing operations regarding scheduling, safety stock levels, leadtime,
- production targets and supplyreplenishment.
**Responsibilities and Essential**:
- Enter distribution orders to/from Ambu locations.
- Determine safety stock levels in manufactured/distributed items to
achieve required service levels.
- Use the monthly forecast to develop the production targets for each work center.
- Publish a weekly lead-time alert of delivery issues.
- Updates master data in the M3 system to satisfy needs of manufacturing minimum order
quantities, replenishment frequency,and lead-times.
- Issues manufacturing orders,Purchase Orders and Distribution Orders in the M3 system.
- Schedules manufacturing orders to meet customer service requirements,given any
constraints in manufacturing.
- Analyze root causes of supply chain performance and implement continuous
improvement activities.




- Become a superuser of Movex ERP.
- All other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications / Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering,supply chain or another related field
- Prior experience working with ERP/MRP systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Access capabilities
- 2+ years' experience in Manufacturing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
**Authority**:
- Can interrupt the manufacturing schedule with rush orders
- Decides quantities to build out during obsolescence activities
- Approve up to $8K in raw material purchases
- Determine purchase quantities and transportation
