We are currently seeking an HR Assistant to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting HR processes and administrative tasks, who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with online systems.
Position Details:
- Remote Position (Tijuana applicants only)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST
- Compensation: $5,000 MXN
- Company equipment provided
- Benefits according to law
**Requirements**:
- Experience supporting HR processes and administrative tasks
- Previous HR experience with a U.S.based company
- Strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with online systems
**Responsibilities**:
- Support pre-employment clearance processes




- Assist with general HR administrative tasks
- Track and follow up on multiple-step processes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Work within online systems and internal databases
