Job Scope
The Head of Standard Proposals NAMER is responsible for leading the regional Standard Proposals team, overseeing proposal development activities across Mexico, the United States, and Canada.
This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused proposals within 24 hours,



driving speed, consistency, and excellence in the quotation process.
The position plays a key role in fostering collaboration across departments—such as Sales, Engineering, Pricing, and Operations—to ensure proposals meet customer requirements and align with business objectives.
The Head of Standard Proposals NAMER promotes a strong service mindset, efficient communication, and process discipline to support commercial growth across the NAMER region.
