**We're looking for a Project Manager - E-commerce & Digital Campaigns**
We're searching for a **dynamic Project Manager** with a strong commercial background and experience in **e-commerce and digital campaigns**.
Someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and who can lead projects that drive both **growth and performance** in fast-paced environments.
This role blends **project planning, campaign management, creative collaboration, and performance analysis**, with a clear focus on scaling e-commerce initiatives and digital accounts from scratch.
**What you'll do** **Lead the execution and growth of e-commerce and digital campaign projects, ensuring both commercial results and audience impact.
**
- Design and implement campaign strategies in collaboration with marketing and creative teams.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (sales, engagement, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) and translate them into actionable decisions.
- Deliver projects on time with high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.
- Stay ahead of digital and e-commerce trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Support content and campaign copywriting, ensuring messaging is engaging, strategic, and aligned with objectives.
- Develop performance reports and growth strategies to guide decision-making and optimize results.
**What we're looking for** **Advanced English proficiency.

- Experience in **e-commerce, digital marketing, startups, or agencies**,



managing projects in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of **digital campaign management, sales funnels, and online customer behavior**.
- Ability to analyze metrics and convert them into strategic actions.
- Basic proficiency with tools like Excel, Word, and campaign/content platforms (CapCut, Ads Manager, etc. is a plus).
- Experience leading teams or working directly with content creators and marketers.
- Strong copy sense and ability to review effective commercial storytelling.
- Tik Tok experience is a plus.
