**More about the role**
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a **HR Onboarding Specialist** in **Huixquilucan de Degollado** with Signify.
- Partner with Global for onboarding business process and configuration changes, change test and Workday update testing
- Executes quality-related controls with regards to accuracy, contact documentation, confidentiality and data privacy
- Process I9's and comply to related audits for new hires and current employees
- Collaborate with recruitment on strategic approaches

- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with new hires, providing clear instructions, and answering questions
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience in Workday a plus
