**OBJECTIVE**:
Generate reports related to compensation claims from external suppliers (missing products, damaged items, or product discrepancies).
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge of spare parts
- English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Generate reports
- Search and request spare parts
- Collect and analyze information
- Follow up and validate supplier plant actions
- Ensure timely and accurate compensation processes
