Budget management: for recruitment and onboarding activities to minimize costs and maintain quality standards.
Act as a liaison between departments, fostering collaboration.
Identify areas for improvement in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Experience and knowledge in last mile delivery.
Intermediate English preferred.
