**About the Role**
We are seeking a **Junior QA Engineer** with a passion for quality and attention to detail to help us ensure that our internal web platforms meet the highest standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform **manual testing** of internal web-based platforms.
- Validate new and existing features according to defined acceptance criteria.
- Accurately document findings and follow up on reported issues.
**Skills & Qualifications**
**Technical Skills**:
- Understanding of **software testing methodologies** and techniques.
- Familiarity with **bug tracking** and **test management tools**.
- Basic knowledge of **relational databases**, preferably **MySQL**.
- General understanding of the **Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)**.
- Desirable: Familiarity with **Postman** for basic API testing.
- Desirable: Basic knowledge of **version control systems** like **GitHub**.
**Soft Skills**:
- Organized, responsible, and proactive.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.




- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of **1 year of experience** in a similar QA role (verifiable).
- **English proficiency** at or above 80% (spoken and written).
- Must reside in the **Guadalajara Metropolitan Area** (non-negotiable).
