Key Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new clients, identifying business opportunities and building a strong commercial pipeline.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and meeting generation to proposal presentation and deal closure.
Develop commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams, defining scope, pricing, profitability, and RPO solutions tailored to client needs.
Maintain and update the CRM and sales pipeline, tracking opportunities, commercial activities, forecasts, and business progress.
Strengthen client relationships and drive account growth through postsale followup, crossselling, and identification of new service opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelors degree completed.
Minimum 3 years of experience in
Selling intangible services
Customer relationship management




Achieving sales targets and revenue goals
RPO Recruitment Process Outsourcing
Multiclient service environments
Expertlevel English proficiency.
