**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an **Embedded Software Engineer** to develop software solutions for HVAC control systems.
This role requires strong C/C++ programming skills, RTOS experience, and the ability to participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirements definition to system integration and testing.
**Work Model**: Hybrid - **2 days per week on-site**.
**Language Requirement**:Advanced English - mandatory** (spoken and written).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop embedded software for HVAC control systems.
- Lead and participate in software development projects.
- Create special test software for hardware and validation teams.
- Write specifications and test plans.
- Participate in design reviews and software inspections.
- Perform system integration and meet defined software requirements.
- Balance new product development with sustaining engineering support.
- Participate in risk assessment reviews.
**Requirements**:
- BS/MS in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- **Senior**:



5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
- **Mid-Level**: 2-4 years of experience in embedded software development.
- Strong proficiency in C and C++.
- Experience with RTOS.
- Knowledge of wireless protocols (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Z-Wave, Zigbee).
- Experience in software architecture and design patterns.
- Familiarity with debugging techniques and version control systems like GitHub (a plus).
- Experience with Embedded Linux and ARM microcontrollers (preferred).
- Model-Based Development using IBM Rhapsody and Matlab/State Flow (a plus).
- HVAC system design experience (a plus).
