What Youll Do
Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees
Create a warm, professional, and welcoming environment
Manage visitor checkins, badge issuance, and access control
Handle calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Ensure all security and visitor protocols are followed

You are highly organized, detailoriented, and reliable
You enjoy working in fastpaced environments
You have a strong customer service mindset
Youre comfortable using basic office tools and systems





Nice to Have
12 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customerfacing role
Adaptability and a proactive attitude
Language Requirement
English B2 or higher this is a must
Work Details
Monday to Friday 800 AM 500 PM
Onsite position
