We're seeking a Senior Technical Trainer I to lead technical enablement initiatives across our Digital Energy portfolio, supporting internal commercial teams, EcoXpert partners, and end customers. This role combines advanced technical training delivery with consultative technical support, ensuring that partners and stakeholders are equipped to design, configure, program, and position Digital Energy solutions effectively. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC controls, SCADA platforms, and building automation technologies, along with a passion for developing technical capabilities and driving ecosystem success. As a trusted technical advisor, you will play a key role in strengthening partner expertise, supporting customer adoption, and expanding the capabilities of our EcoXpert network. What will you do? Deliver advanced technical and commercial training programs for internal sales teams, EcoXpert partners, system integrators, and customers. Develop and facilitate learning paths related to Digital Energy solutions, building automation systems, energy management, and connected building technologies. Train and certify EcoXpert partners on solution design, programming, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities. Provide technical guidance and consultative support to partners and customers throughout solution deployment and adoption. Support the technical enablement strategy for partner programs, helping ensure consistent technical competency across the ecosystem. Create and maintain technical training materials, hands-on lab exercises, and certification content. Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and services teams to align training content with market needs and product evolution. Deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions that strengthen customer and partner confidence. Evaluate partner competencies and recommend development plans to close technical capability gaps. Act as a subject matter expert on Digital Energy solutions and building management technologies. What are the key skills we are looking for? Building Management Systems (BMS) – Advanced knowledge of configuration, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting. HVAC Controls & Building Automation – Strong understanding of building systems integration and operational optimization. SCADA Systems – Knowledge of supervisory control and monitoring platforms in commercial and industrial environments. Technical Training Delivery – Proven ability to facilitate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.



Consultative Technical Support – Ability to advise customers and partners on best practices and solution implementation. Digital Energy Solutions Knowledge – Understanding of energy management, building operation, monitoring, and optimization technologies. Stakeholder Influence – Ability to build credibility with customers, partners, sales teams, and technical leaders. Instructional Design & Enablement – Experience developing impactful learning experiences and certification programs. Presentation & Communication Skills – Strong facilitation, coaching, and public-speaking capabilities. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting – Ability to analyze technical challenges and guide effective resolutions. What qualifications will make you successful? Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC controls, or energy management technologies. Hands-on experience configuring, programming, commissioning, or supporting building automation solutions. Knowledge of SCADA platforms, industrial control systems, or integrated building technologies. Proven experience delivering technical training, customer enablement, partner development, or technical consulting. Experience supporting system integrators, channel partners, distributors, or certified partner programs is highly preferred. Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
