We are looking for a Chemical Process Engineer to work at our manufacturing site in Lerma.

What you’ll do:
Plan, monitor, and control production processes and variables from start to finish.
Optimize workflows, reduce production times and variability, and maximize product capabilities.
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate process risks while implementing process improvement and optimization strategies.
Participate in the development, implementation, and launch of new products and projects, taking them through to successful plant-floor execution.
Provide and maintain accurate process information, documentation, and improvement schedules.
Serve as a key link between production and the technical needs of manufacturing processes, working closely with plant personnel and technical teams in St. Louis.

What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in process engineering, preferably within the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, or related process industries.
Hands-on experience with plant-level process control, management of process variables,



and implementation of process improvement and optimization strategies.
Experience taking projects from development through implementation and transitioning them successfully to an operational level on the plant floor.
Technical knowledge of production, quality, quality assurance, and process control in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with JD Edwards or a similar ERP system, personnel management, and Microsoft Office.
Intermediate to advanced English, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with plant personnel and technical teams.
