Job Responsibilities:
# Oversee and coordinate last-mile delivery projects and daily operations.
# Manage day-to-day operational activities.
# Foster a strong sense of accountability and build a high-performing team.
# Collaborate closely with sorting center, line haul/mid-mile teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and performance.
# Develop strategic plans to optimize the cost structure of last-mile operations.
# Guide the team toward achieving top-tier service level agreements (SLAs) and drive continuous operational improvements.
# Oversee all vendors and partners.

Job Requirements:
# At least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end operational processes, including performance tracking and reporting.
# Adaptable availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational demands.
# Proficient in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
