Legal and Compliance Manager (Mexico City)
Enterprise is a Chinese financial technology company in the fintech sector, specializing in payment, anti - money laundering, and lending services.
We are seeking a highly qualified Legal and Compliance Manager to join our team in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on business - related legal issues to various departments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements and contracts.
- Assist with compliance matters related to regulatory requirements of government and regulatory agencies.
- Optimize and implement the company's data privacy manual to ensure compliance with data protection laws.
- Represent the company and coordinate with relevant government and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university, with a valid lawyer's license.




- At least 5 years of experience in a law firm serving the fintech sector or in a financial institution (including but not limited to SOFOM companies).
- Strong knowledge of corporate compliance and solid legal expertise.
- Relevant experience in data privacy and protection.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork awareness, and fluency in English for professional work.
Salary Package:The total compensation package is USD 65,********,000.
Pay: $65,****** - $84,****** per year
