**Position Purpose**
**Primary Accountabilities**
- Conduct group sessions with company leaders to reinforce labor relations topics
- Provide daily advice and support to the company on legal compliance issues and good practices for the company.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training, keeping abreast of trends and developments in the field of labor relations
- Ensure and implement correct compliance with the company's job termination processes.
- Management of labor relations indicators and propose preventive measures for the company
- Dealing with and managing unions and union representatives
- Handling labor conflicts and availability to address occupational risk situations within the company
**Education & Experience**
Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Attorney
Years of Experience: Three to five years.
Type of Experience: Experience in labor matters in companies with labor union activity
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Knowledge of the LFT, IMSS, Labor Courts, Conciliation Centers, Conciliation Boards
Other/Preferred: Focus Leadership
