**JOB DETAIL**
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
- Manage facility improvement or construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Assess the facility's energy usage and develop strategies to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
- Implement sustainable practices, such as renewable energy systems, efficient lighting, and resource conservation
- Ensure that the facility complies with all safety, environmental,



and regulatory requirements.
**EDUCATION AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- English 75% or higher
