Are you passionate about global politics, international relations, and teaching the next generation about the world around them?
We at **Colegio Peterson** are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Global Politics IB and Global Perspectives IGCSE Teacher (**English as a Second Language to join our amazing team at our Cuajimalpa campus!
**What's the Gig?
**:
As our new teacher, you'll be guiding our students through the fascinating realms of global politics and helping them develop a deeper understanding of international relations.
You'll have the opportunity to inspire young minds** from 7:15 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday (with a late day on Thursdays until 4:00 PM.

Your job is simple: make complex topics engaging—and teach the curriculum entirely in _English_!
We believe that learning should be an adventure, and we're looking for someone who can bring energy, creativity, and expertise into the classroom.
**Who Are We Looking For?
**:
We want someone who:
- Holds a **Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Global Politics, or International Relations.
**:
- Has advanced English skills (C2 because we want our students to excel in their language skills as well!
- Holds a **Nationally Recognized Teacher Qualification** (PGCE, QTS, Provincial/State Teaching License so you know the ins and outs of effective teaching strategies.




- Has at least **3 years of experience** working with teenagers—experience and connection matter!
- Is familiar with the **Cambridge Secondary Curriculum** and/or the **IB program**—bonus points if you have specific experience in these areas!
**What You'll Do**:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that bring global politics and perspectives to life.
- Foster a vibrant learning environment where students feel safe to express their ideas.
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and contribute to our exciting school community.
