Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full bookkeeping cycle for ~40 client accounts.
- Prepare financial reports for multiple properties.
- Code charges, reconcile invoices, and maintain client, tenant, and vendor ledgers.
- Support reporting, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Communicate financial information clearly to property owners, tenants, vendors, and employees.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
- Strong AP/AR experience.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and AppFolio.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
