Job Overview

Objetivo del PuestoAdministrar y coordinar el flujo de órdenes de trabajo (folios) del Machine Shop, asegurando la correcta priorización, seguimiento y entrega oportuna de tooling, fixtures, refacciones y componentes mecánicos para las áreas de producción. Proporcionar soporte técnico a equipos de ensamble mediante diseño 3D en Creo, mejoras de herramentales y propuestas enfocadas en Design for Manufacturing (DFM), contribuyendo a la seguridad, calidad, productividad y eficiencia operacional.

Job Requirements

 Administrar y dar seguimiento a órdenes de trabajo del Machine Shop, asegurando prioridades y tiempos de entrega.

 Coordinar la fabricación y modificación de tooling, fixtures y componentes mecánicos.

 Colaborar con Producción, Ingeniería y Mantenimiento para cumplir objetivos operativos.

 Monitorear avances, gestionar riesgos y dar seguimiento a proyectos de fabricación.

 Verificar requerimientos técnicos y asegurar el cumplimiento de especificaciones de calidad.

 Diseñar y optimizar herramentales y dispositivos mecánicos mediante Creo Parametric.

 Mantener actualizada la documentación técnica, modelos 3D y planos de fabricación.

 Brindar soporte técnico a producción y equipos de ensamble, impulsando mejoras operativas.

 Participar en análisis de causa raíz, acciones correctivas y proyectos de mejora continua.

 Aplicar principios de DFM (Design for manufacturing) para optimizar manufacturabilidad, costos y estandarización de procesos.

What your background should look like

Escolaridad: Carrera Técnica,



TSU o Ingeniería en Manufactura, Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Electromecánica, Diseño Mecánico o áreas afines.

Experiencia: 3 a 5 años en manufactura, maquinado CNC, tooling, soporte técnico a producción y desarrollo de herramentales, preferentemente en ambientes de manufactura de alto volumen.

Diseño Mecánico: Experiencia en diseño, modelado 3D y elaboración de planos utilizando Creo Parametric.

Manufactura y Tooling: Conocimiento de procesos de maquinado CNC y convencional, así como de herramentales, fixtures y dispositivos para manufactura y ensamble.

Interpretación Técnica: Dominio de planos mecánicos, tolerancias geométricas (GD&T;) y metrología básica.

Mejora Continua: Conocimientos en Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Lean Manufacturing y optimización de procesos.

Herramientas Informáticas: Manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel, Outlook y PowerPoint.
