DP World Mexico is looking for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist **in our Mexico City office supporting our Logistics business.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Support and consult with Hiring Managers and HR managers on their operational recruitment demand, that align with overall business needs, and advise on the best hiring strategy
- Translate strategy towards operational actions and be the sparring partner during the operational recruitment process
- Manage relations with external recruitment agencies
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Experience leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Proven track record of recruitment in a high volume, fast paced corporate environment.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders across all levels simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced multi-functional environment providing first class internal customer service
- Customer service skills, high energy, and detail orientation
