Construction Project Manager, International PE RE Fund, Focused on Hospitality, Los Cabos, Mexico
**About our client**
Our client - a leading international real estate fund - is expanding its presence in Mexico and has created an exciting new position for a Construction Project Manager.
You will play a leading role in managing the construction process of high-end branded residences and luxury homes.
The position is based near San Jose del Cabo, Mexico **What the job involves**
- Manage various projects and guarantee their completion on time and within the allocated budget
- Monitor the project regularly at the construction site to ensure each phase is efficiently completed before the next one begins
- Supervise project plans in accordance with scope, time, cost, quality, and available resources, and monitor procurement, submittal, and changing order schedules
- Use lean construction methods to manage projects effectively, aiming to lower expenses and timeframes, and enhance quality
- Develop uniform construction guidelines for overseeing and managing budget/costs and reducing construction-related risks
- Direct preconstruction activities with the development and property management teams, emphasizing adherence to internal standards




- Oversee engineers, architects, subcontractors, construction management partners, and project consultants regarding project objectives and progress
- Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of projects to both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to legal regulations and safety standards
**Who we are looking for**
- Solid construction experience, ideally with hospitality and luxury projects, vertical residential or mixed-use developments
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or related field
- Knowledge of BIM, Procore or similar is a plus
- Skilled in handling multiple tasks, with the ability to deliver against budget and schedules.
- Sense of urgency to perform on a deadline
- Proven skills in evaluating documents related to real estate developments, such as blueprints, land surveys, and agreements
- Fluency in English is a plus
