- Program SMT pick and place equipment by using machine GUIs or software to perform BOM/CAD merge.
(Prefer Aegis)
- Work in SMT program libraries to add or create new part and package types
- Experience with SMT/TH process engineering to support the manufacturing of PCBAs
- Perform stencil design and screen printer program creation (MPM preferred)
- Perform reflow oven and wave solder machine profiling and program generation.
- Assist in machine, feeder, and wave pallet maintenance as needed.
- Work with PMs and Engineers on DFM for NPI and to improve the manufacturing process
for existing products.
- Program AOI equipment for NPI builds and to update current programs as needed.

- Write and approve ECNs as needed and follow the process for internal and external approval.
- knowledge of conformal coating is desired.
(Humaseal products)
- Support the compliance of a AS****D quality environment and have intermediate knowledge
of IPC 610 (class 2 and 3) and 620, J-STD.
- Preform root cause analysis on in-process defects and product returns.
(8D, 5why, fishbone, etc.)




- Pull raw data from the process machines and be able to pareto results to drive continuous improvement strategies.
- Identify tooling and material requirements to support NPI and production.
- Facilitate first article builds for process verification and product quality.
- Work with production to develop rework strategies and procedures (SMT/TH component
removal and replacement).
Experiência y requisitos
**EXPERIENCE**
- 4+ years' experience in the SMT & Through-hole related PCB operations.
- High programming skills, including hands-on materials & process implementation
- knowledge of IPC Standards 610 and 620, and J-standard 001.
- Previous experience in a AS****D working environment preferred.
- English 90%
