Responsibilities

- Lead sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and team ceremonies across multiple engineering squads.

- Drive predictable delivery through strong estimation, planning, and execution practices.

- Monitor sprint health, velocity, backlog quality, and delivery risks.

- Identify dependencies and proactively remove obstacles impacting delivery.

- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leaders to ensure teams are ready to execute.

- Create visibility into progress, risks, and milestones for leadership.

- Maintain accurate project data and reporting within Click

Up.

- Continuously improve Agile processes without becoming overly process-driven.

Requirements

- 6+ years leading software delivery, Agile programs, or technical project execution.

- Experience supporting multiple Product and Engineering teams simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning,



estimation, and delivery metrics.

- Experience with Click

Up, Jira, or similar project management platforms.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).

- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.

- Nice to Have

- Experience in SaaS or technology companies.

- Experience working within squad, tribe, or product‑led organizational models.
