**LEAD PROJECT ACCOUNTANT**
**Knowledge and skills**
- BS Degree in Accounting or similar bachelor degree.
- +2 years experience in similar position preferably in manufacturing company or accounting firm.
- Financial reports (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow, budget)
- General ledger accounting and closing month.
- Balance accounts reconciliations.
- Budget and forecast preparation and control.
- Tax and reports compliance according maquila process.
- VAT computation.
- Attention to detail
- Hands-on person
- Able to work in teams
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
**Job Requirements**
- Strong analytical skills, very Strategic and tactical.
- Pay attention to the details,



but do not get hung up on them
- Demonstrate leadership - thinking, setting direction, creativity, innovation, initiative, follow-through, and priority-setting
- Must be bilingual (English /Spanish)
- Must be a self-starter/ initiative
- Good business verbal/writing/ presentations skills.
- Valid Visa/passport.
