**REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES**:
- Escolaridad Bachillerato (deseable)
- Años de experiência 2 en producción
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos
**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**:
- Ejecutar los procesos para la fabricación de Barnices, Mezclas de intermedios, ceras y diluciones en general; desde el cargado de materiales a tanques de acuerdo con Batch Card, hasta el envasado final.
- Desarrollar las actividades de manera eficiente y participativa.
- Reducir el número de desviaciones generadas por el área.
- Promover el trabajo en equipo y comunicación en su grupo de trabajo.
Desarrollar las habilidades del personal de reciente ingreso o transferido.
- Participar en el desarrollo de realización de actividades y mejoras en el área.
- Dar seguimiento a las actividades asignadas en el área de mezclas, de acuerdo a la planeación diaria y programa de producción mensual.
- Realizar reporte de actividades del turno en bitácora.
