**About the Role**:
Location: Mexico City, #LI-Hybrid
We are looking for an expert IT in Infrastructure and End User Services (IES) to join our dynamic and fast-paced team.
In this role, you will work in close collaboration with Architecture, Security and Operations teams to implement new solutions, ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of infrastructure.
Main responsibilities:
- Represent Infrastructure Engineer team to the business or other IT teams receiving the services, ensuring that expectations for IT services are met.
- Identify and qualify new demand with overall responsibility for steering proposals through the early phases of approval and participate in budget estimation.
- Ensure the introduction of new / modified services happens in a planned, controlled, and timely manner to minimize disruption and enhance benefit.
- Create the detailed infrastructure solution/service design, based on functional specifications, to meet quality and performance requirements and technical constraints.
- Coordinate with offshore team, service lines and business for timely delivery of solutions.

**Role Requirements**:
- English proficiency
- 4-5 years' experience as Subject Matter Expert for infrastructure and cloud experience.
and minimum 2 years' experience with various AWS services, including CloudFormation, Config, CloudWatch, Route53, VPC, RAM, IAM, EC2, EKS, ECS,



API Gateway, Lambda, and other serverless services.
- Experience with VMWare / Nutanix, VM Migration, Redhat Linux, Networking, Storage, designing and implementing data center migration and consolidation projects.
containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes etc.
Knowledge on migration of VMs using P2V (physical to virtual) and V2V (virtual to virtual).
- Exposure in various database technologies and database / data migration strategies.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
- Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
- Ability to work under stress and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
