This position partners with sales teams, distributors, integrators, and customers to identify automation opportunities, validate technical solutions, support implementation, and deliver post-sales service for the Universal Robots and Mobile Industrial Robots portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer-facing technical role supporting robotics solutions across LATAMPartners with sales teams, distributors, integrators, and customersIdentifies automation opportunities and supports solution validationHelp drive successful implementation and post-sales supportSupports the Universal Robots and Mobile Industrial Robots portfolioAll About YouWe seek individuals who share our passion and determination.

If you're ready to join us on this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position.Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Robotics, or related field OR equivalent experience in robotics or industrial automation.3+ years of experience in robotics, industrial automation, application engineering,technical support, or system integration.Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting robotic or automation applications.Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, robotic integrations, andmanufacturing processes.Ability to support technical cases, service diagnostics, and warranty-related technicalassessments.Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to customers, partners, andinternal teams.Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across LATAM (approximately *****% of the time)Preferred Job requirementsExperience working with collaborative robots or autonomous mobile robots.Experience supporting system integrators, distributors, or automation partners.Knowledge of industrial communication protocols, sensors, vision systems, or PLC integration.Experience conducting technical workshops, demos, or automation training sessions.The idóneo candidate will demonstrate the following behavioral traitsAnalytical approach to problem solving and technical diagnostics.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills.Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
