Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate last-mile delivery projects and daily operations.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities.
- Foster a strong sense of accountability and build a high-performing team.
- Collaborate closely with sorting center, line haul/mid-mile teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and performance.
- Develop strategic plans to optimize the cost structure of last-mile operations.
- Guide the team toward achieving top-tier service level agreements (SLAs) and drive continuous operational improvements.
- Oversee all vendors and partners.

Job Requirements:

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end operational processes, including performance tracking and reporting.
- Versátil availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational demands.
- Proficient in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
