Nu is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to drive reliability, resilience, and operational excellence for Nubank's regulatory infrastructure in Mexico City. You will own critical reliability outcomes for real-time interbank transfers, regulatory integrations, and key platforms, collaborating across infra, software, networking, security, and operations.

You will define SLIs/SLOs, lead incident response, evolve observability with tracing and metrics, and participate in disaster recovery
