This Sales Development Executive role emphasizes outbound sales development, cold calling, and pipeline creation. You'll focus on enterprise B2 B sales, outbound prospecting, and strategic deal closing with global clients. Responsibilities
Execute outbound sales and lead generation Manage pipeline in CRM, record calls, follow-ups Customize proposals, send contracts & legal documents Follow up on proposals and contracts Coordinate with recruitment & HR for placements Report daily activity & results Qualifications
Fluent English & Spanish 2-5 years B2 B sales (remote/outbound preferred) Proven cold calling experience CRM proficiency (Hub Spot desirable) Quiet workspace + reliable internet Benefits
Hourly rate equivalent to USD $1044/month (based on 174 hrs/month) Commissions:
