Handle inboxes, calendars, and schedules with attention to detail
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and CRM updates
Communicate confidently and professionally via phone, email, and chat

What We're Looking For:
Fluent English (C1/C2) + Spanish or Portuguese
2+ years of experience in administrative or customer service roles
Executive mindset: organized, proactive, and solution‐oriented
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, CRMs, and multitasking across platforms
Reliable home office setup with stable internet and good tech
A laptop/desktop Windows 11+ with >7GB usable RAM, Intel Core 8th Generation/ Ryzen 3 2nd‐gen or higher
