An inclusive and diverse workplace where all employees are valued and respected.What You'll Be DoingDevelop strategic sourcing plans and manage assigned commoditiesLead supplier benchmarking and supplier base consolidation for the AmericasNegotiate supplier terms and ensure alignment with JE global policiesEstablish and manage regional supplier bases in line with IATF***** and ISO****Support quality, cost, and delivery targets with escalation support as neededAnalyze commodity markets and propose savings and budgeting plansCollaborate with global SCS teams and local purchasing stakeholdersDrive sourcing strategies in new product development and manage MOQsSupport timely payments, supplier reporting, and expedite materials as neededRecommend and implement supplier selection and debar decisionsWhat We're Looking ForBilingual (English and Spanish) with ability to operate in a global and local environmentBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field3–5 years of sourcing experience with 2+ years in Supplier or Commodity ManagementFamiliarity with commodity cost drivers and strategic supplier managementProficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel/PowerPointStrong knowledge of automotive quality requirementsExcellent interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skillsBonus Points If You HaveMaster's degree in Engineering or BusinessExperience in general supplier negotiation and alignment across regionsExposure to supplier quality escalation and issue resolution processesInvolvement in product launch and manufacturing sourcing strategies
