We're looking for a driven Debt Collection Specialist to join our team and manage cross-border B2B recovery cases.
IA Group is a leading Dutch firm with over 40 years of experience in claims investigation and recovery, supporting credit insurance companies worldwide through a network of 30 hubs across Europe, Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia.
About the Role:
You will be on the front lines of international debt recovery — engaging with counterparties across borders, negotiating settlements, and driving resolution on complex commercial transactions.
This is a dynamic, client‐facing role that rewards persistence and initiative.
What You'll Do:
Conduct meetings and site visits with importers.
Negotiate settlements and repayment agreements.
Investigate commercial disputes and non-payment cases.




Obtain recognition of claims and support recovery efforts.
Gather and analyze evidence related to disputes.
Coordinate with customs authorities and shipping agencies.
What We're Looking For:
Two years of relevant experience
Degree in Law, International Commerce, or a related field
Fluent in English
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proactive mindset with a persistent, solution-oriented attitude
Comfortable with travel for client meetings and case management
