Descripción
Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material distribution, and inventory control.
Ensure on-time and accurate material availability to support production and operational requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and material flow.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to inventory management, warehouse productivity, and service levels.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, cost reduction, and process standardization.
Ensure accurate inventory transactions and compliance with established procedures and systems.
Develop and coach supervisors and warehouse personnel to build a high-performing organization.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working environment while promoting operational discipline and accountability.




Support capacity planning and resource allocation in response to changing business demands.
Perfil buscado
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience leading warehouse, materials, or inventory management functions within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing practices, and material flow processes.
Experience working with ERP systems and warehouse performance metrics.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing supervisors and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Advanced English communication skills.
Preferred Background
Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing operations.
Exposure to materials management, kitting, inventory control, and production support activities.
Experience driving organizational growth, process improvements, or operational transformations.
