Logistics booking & pickup arrangement: submit trucking requests, confirm pickup dates, track factory vehicle access and carrier transit info, and complete urgent system submissions on the same day.
Export documentation: prepare and review invoices, packing lists, BOMs, Spanish CCP, BOL, and railway documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Customs clearance & compliance: send documents to Mexico/US customs brokers, review customs declarations, track DODA transit docs, prepare USMCA Certificate of Origin, and assist with import clearance.
Logistics coordination & communication: coordinate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve issues, support sales teams in monitoring logistics milestones, and communicate daily with foreign forwarders and clients.
Qualifications
2–3 years of local Mexico experience in documentation, shipping, or customs.
Fluent Spanish (mandatory) and business-level English (written and spoken).
Proficient in Excel/Word and able to write professional business emails in English.
Detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, and strong cross-departmental communication and problem-solving skills.
