Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
Support employee relations and internal communication
Ensure compliance with employment policies and applicable regulations
Maintain HR systems, employee records, and reporting
Assist management in training and development programs
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources roles
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
