At Changan México, we're growing our commercial fleet business and looking for a Fleet Consultant (ICE & New Energy) to join our Sales team.
This role is for someone with a strong commercial mindset and an active client portfolio, capable of selling vehicle fleets to companies and building long-term business relationships.
What you'll do:
Drive fleet sales (ICE & New Energy vehicles) in your assigned region
Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, and key accounts
Identify business opportunities and generate proposals, quotations, and negotiations
Coordinate test drives, demos, and client visits
Maintain an updated pipeline and CRM discipline
Provide product knowledge and guidance to clients
What we're looking for:
Strong client portfolio:

Experience with leasing, corporate sales, or procurement processes
Solid understanding of TCO, cost analysis, and proposal building
Advanced English
CRM management and pipeline tracking
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Willingness to travel
