Dexian is seeking a Talent Sourcer to collaborate with the Global TA COE team across US and Europe, developing pipelines for both ageing and new requirements.
The role includes prescreening profiles and creating an active/passive candidate pool.You will implement sourcing strategies, perform initial phone screens, and maintain candidate data in iCIMS and other ATS.
Experience with passive sourcing and general job sites is highly valued.
