BCN Mexico is one of our growing locations, supporting teams across the Americas and beyond.WHO YOU'LL WORK WITHYou'll join the BCN Mexico Recruiting team and support campus and lateral hiring for our Expert Client Delivery, Business Services, and Business Function teams.You'll partner with the Recruiting Manager to align on priorities and strategy while independently managing recruiting activity across multiple functions.
You'll also work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, candidates, universities, and recruiting colleagues across Bain.As an experienced member of the team, you'll use data, market insight, and strong stakeholder relationships to support talent decisions.
You'll also mentor junior colleagues and help strengthen BCN Mexico's recruiting capabilities as the organization grows.WHAT YOU'LL DOIndependently manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions for campus and lateral rolesBuild and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needsUse multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage qualified candidatesLead BCN Mexico's campus recruiting activity,



including relationships with universities, career services teams, faculty members, and student organizationsDesign and deliver campus events, including information sessions, case workshops, job fairs, panels, and diversity-focused programsPartner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and develop targeted recruiting strategiesProvide stakeholders with talent-market information and data-informed recruiting recommendationsTrack, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics, including time to fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, funnel conversion, and diversityMentor junior team members and contribute to improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and ways of workingStay informed about talent acquisition trends and bring new ideas to how we source, assess, and hireHelp provide a consistent and positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer and onboardingABOUT YOUYou have four to six years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitingYou hold an MBA or postgraduate qualification in human resources, or a related fieldYou have experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including proactive sourcing and candidate engagementExperience in consulting or professional services is an advantageYou have experience supporting both campus and lateral hiringYou are comfortable working in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholdersYou are fluent in Spanish and have advanced English skills,



with the ability to engage candidates and colleagues in both languagesYou build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and candidatesYou are familiar with sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systemsYou have strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and ownership skillsYou are comfortable managing multiple searches and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentYou are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and can support reporting and dashboard developmentYou can interpret talent-market data and translate it into useful insightsWHAT MAKES US A GREAT PLACE TO WORKWe are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world's best places to work.
