This is a back-office role that plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring timely deliverables for U.S.-based clients.Key Responsibilities:Categorize and record transactions daily via bank feeds in QuickBooks Online.Support month-end close processes during the first two weeks of each month, including clearing bank feeds and reconciling transactions.Perform book clean-ups and maintain up-to-date records with limited supervision.Communicate internally through Slack alias accounts to collaborate with the team (not directly client-facing, but must operate within client channels).
Follow detailed SOPs and work autonomously with access to extensive documentation (300+ SOPs available).
