**Required Skills**:
- Fluency in written & spoken English ( German a big plus) ; with preference given to native speakers.
- Additional language(s) a plus (Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, or Russian)
- Scuba diving certified or strong interest in the activity
- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
- Meet profit and sales targets
- Attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Team Player
- Basic level of proficiency with the Pack office and Google Workspace
- Preference will be given to applicants who already live in Playa del Carmen or nearby cities, or are willing to relocate to Playa del Carmen
- Commitment to a long-term working relationship
Work Responsibilities
- Coordinate transportation
- Work with clients to determine their needs
- Customer service: pre-booking and dealing with occurring problems,



complaints, or refunds
