We are seeking a senior legal professional to support labor and employment matters across multiple operations in Mexico within a multinational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive legal guidance on labor and employment matters, ensuring alignment with applicable laws and minimizing risk exposureMonitor regulatory changes and proactively advise business leaders on policy updates and compliance strategiesDeliver legal training programs based on risk assessments, business priorities, and evolving legal requirementsManage interactions with labor and social security authorities, including responses to audits, claims, and official proceedingsDevelop and execute legal strategies for labor disputes and oversee external counsel handling litigationMaintain accurate tracking of labor cases and provide timely updates to leadershipPrepare and review employment agreements and documentation related to hiring, modification, suspension, and termination of employeesSupport HR in union relations, including collective negotiations and administration of collective bargaining agreementsDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts supporting operations, including services,



logistics, construction, and REPSE-related agreementsAdvise internal stakeholders on contract structuring, risk allocation, and compliance requirementsLead training initiatives for internal teams on contractual processes and labor compliance topicsSupport internal investigations and partner with compliance teams when requiredRequirements~ Law degree required~10+ years of experience in labor and employment law within multinational or corporate environments~ Advanced English proficiency~ Proven experience managing union relationships and leading collective bargaining negotiations~ Strong knowledge of social security regulations and experience negotiating operational and commercial agreements, including indirect procurement, 3PL, REPSE, and construction~ Deep understanding of Mexican labor legislation and regulatory framework~ Ability to translate business objectives into practical legal solutions while identifying and mitigating risks~ High standards of ethics, integrity, and commitment to compliance
