The right candidate will work directly with the lead litigator, gaining hands‐on exposure to case management and courtroom preparation, with meaningful opportunities to expand into a full‐time role.ROLE REQUIREMENTSAt least 3 years of paralegal experience with a U.S. client, including 1 year working in employment lawMust speak and write fluent EnglishStrong grammar, proofreading, and punctuation skillsFamiliarity with CA state court websites,
