We're Hiring: HR Business Partner / HR ManagerWe are currently looking for an HR Business Partner / HR Manager to join a leading manufacturing company with strong growth and an international footprint.Location: Tlanepantla, Mexico City (plant environment)Reporting to: Regional HR LeadThis role is adecuado for an HR professional who enjoys being close to operations and building strong relationships on the shop floor.
The position will have a key role in supporting the site through both strategic and hands-on HR initiatives.Driving talent management and organizational development in a manufacturing or operational context.Leading recruitment and onboarding for both operational and salaried employees.Tracking and managing HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, and compliance indicators .
Around 2–5 years of experience in an HR managerial or HRBP role.Solid experience in manufacturing or plant environments .
