Key Responsibilities: Manage and negotiate with suppliers of direct materials within the automotive industryEnsure timely availability of materials in line with production requirementsDevelop and execute sourcing strategies focused on cost optimization and supply continuityMonitor and report key procurement KPIs (cost savings, delivery performance, quality)Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, and Planning team sRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, International Business, Business Administration, or relatedfieldProven experience in direct material procurement within the automotive sectorAdvanced English proficiency (manda tory) for international supplier interactionExperience with SAP or similar ERP systemsStrong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
